WHO THIS IS FOR

You still compete. You are not trying to get back to who you were at 25, and nobody should be selling you that. You are trying to hold your level, move without pain, and still be playing in ten years.

A point in play, seen from above the baseline

Most tennis training is written for juniors and then handed to adults with the volume turned down. That is backwards. After 40 the limiting factor is rarely conditioning. It is the shoulder that will not rotate, the hip that will not load, and the recovery that used to take one day and now takes three.

This program is built the other direction. Mobility and joint capacity first, then the strength to use it, then the power that shows up in the serve and the first step. The same order used to rebuild special operations personnel after injury, applied to the demands of a tennis court.

Seven days costs you nothing.

Start the trial, run the first week, and decide with your own body whether this is built for you.
